Ask the designer for a review model
Request a lightweight binary GLB exported for coordination rather than the full production file. The review model should use the agreed units, contain the current revision and exclude unrelated hidden geometry that makes browser viewing slow.
Review decisions—not only appearance
- Room relationships and circulation.
- Door and window positions.
- Stair location and headroom intent.
- Balcony, terrace and roof access.
- Furniture clearances that affect usability.

Save one note per decision
