Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your GharNaksa account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account directly from the GharNaksa app, or by sending us a request:
- In the app: open Settings, then Account, and choose “Delete account”. Confirm the request to begin deletion.
- By email: write to support@gharnaksa.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile and the project data tied to your account, including materials, labor, payments, daily logs, site photos, issues, checklists and documents that you own.
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Projects you own and the records within them.
- Media you uploaded, such as site photos and documents.
Shared projects
If you collaborate on a project owned by someone else, deleting your account removes your access, but the project owner keeps their copy of the shared project data.
Timing
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud, after which it is removed.
